The staff were exceptionally helpful, but
the room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. While the location is prime, the air conditioning had some moldy smells, and I found the pillows did not meet the cleanliness standards expected of a hotel of this caliber.

The staff at the hotel provided stellar service, greeting me with a warm smile and personalized attention from check-in to check-out. I loved the extensive breakfast buffet, which had a diverse selection including freshly made omelets and delightful pastries. The swimming pool offered a relaxing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The furniture and bathroom feel outdated and desperately need a modern makeover!!! Considering the price, the typical amenities offered don't meet expectations!!! It’d also be nice to have regular breakfast tea instead of just Earl Grey or Green tea!!!

Chur, mate! Location’s sweet as, right in the heart of Hat Yai. But the pillows were as smelly as old socks, needed a good wash! Staff were top-notch, eh?

I visited for a family vacation and we found everything from the pool to the layout absolutely outstanding. The kids rooms were perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. I loved the lounge area with live music every evening. it created such a warm atmosphere to relax after a day out. we had a great experience with the staff as they were helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home. One minor issue was the bathtub in our room—definitely showing some signs of wear. it was a delightful stay and I’d love to come back.

the ambiance at centara was incredible! from arrival, the warmth of the staff made me feel right at home. the lounge area around the piano bar was a highlight, especially with the beautifully performed live music. it's conveniently located across from lee garden, making shopping and dining so easy!
